Old St Patrick’s Church & Carnivale

Jennifer and Joe were married on a beautiful Saturday in May. Their ceremony was at Old St Patrick’s Church in Chicago. The bride got dressed in the bridal room at the church and in a Sophia Tolli gown. She was surrounded by her Bridesmaids and family while she was getting ready.

After the ceremony, we traveled around the city to the Mary Bartelme Park in the West loop then headed to Kinzie Street Bridge to get views of the Chicago River and also stopped by the Board of Trade on La Salle St and the Chicago Theater.

After the location photography session, the Bride and Groom were ready to start their party at Carnivale. The two are big Kentucky Derby fans and made sure the Derby races were playing during the cocktail hour. Family members made the event special by singing a song to the couple instead of toasts. The couple had a romantic evening surrounded by loved ones in this fun colorful venue.
